I want to talk about narcissism and the past.
And if you drop off, that’s okay. I’m going to continue with the video. Normally, I don’t do these if people don’t join, but at this point, I’m just going to record this and put it up because this is kind of a very important thing that is happening that people are really not aware of, and they won’t be because you can’t be told. Everything has to come from within.
None of this stuff can be arrived at without.
So narcissism is a spectrum. People don’t understand.
Forget the DSM. Narcissism is a spectrum. On the one side is victimization. You can put that on the left side of the spectrum. On the right side of the spectrum, you have domination, and so people are either victims or they’re dominators. They seek to dominate you. If you’re a victim, you’re disempowered. If you’re a dominator, you’re disempowered, and you need to have power over others to numb you to your own fear.
But the spectrum of narcissism is fear. It is part of the fear spectrum. And there are people, many people, say it in the awake community, which is a joke, because the majority of people in the awake community are operating from ego. They’re operating from lower self. They are not in higher self.
Higher self has a frequency. It has your personality as well. It doesn’t take over your personality. Your character still shines through, but the frequency of someone who is operating from higher self, and you can always move up in higher self. There’s layers to that as well. People think, “Oh, you’re in higher self and that’s it.” No, that’s not how it works either.
The majority of people in the spiritual community, let’s take Substack as an example. Somebody thinks that they’ve arrived. They’re at this place and it’s their job to teach others, to educate them, to spread seeds. And I’m not directing this at you. This isn’t directed at anybody specific. Even though I just had a conversation with somebody, then it sparked this outflow.
Again, this is not a result of this person. I’ve been talking about this for a while. This is just the catalyst for the expression, but it’s not the root. It’s not the cause. It’s not the origin.
Somebody comes and comments on something you write, and then they want to get into a testing contest. They want to test your knowledge. They want to see what you know. They want to prove what they know because they know that they’re right. So that energy is not of the spirit. Spirit does not do that. It does not seek pissing contests. It does not need its approval, and it doesn’t go on people’s walls or their posts to educate them.
Spirit puts things out there. It shares things, and if it takes, it takes with the right people. Now, there are people who ask questions and they engage, and that’s perfectly fine. They’re open. They have an open portal. Their frequency is open. Their frequency is not closed.
“I’m here to educate you.” If you’re here to educate other people, then why are you writing on my comments? Why are you writing on my wall? If you figured it out, why do you need to tell other people what to do? If you figured it out, start your own shit, write your own stuff, and stop engaging with trying to manipulate and prove to other people how much you know and to test them. That’s pure arrogance.
Plus, it’s a waste of time for anybody that’s actually operating from spirit. It’s a pure waste of time. We feel your energy. We don’t read your words. We feel your energy. And if your energy is pushy, if your energy says, “I’m going to teach you, I’m going to educate you,” people are not going to listen to that.
You know who’s going to listen to that? People who are disempowered because they’re looking for an outside authority. But somebody who’s looking to reconnect with spirit is only going to follow their own inner voice.
There are people out there. I will use one name, Jonathan Adampants. There are people out there, or there were, and there still are because I’ve still met them. There are people out there that will share. They don’t see themselves as teachers. They don’t see themselves as anything. They are fulfilling their purpose and doing the work that they’ve been sent here to do.
That doesn’t mean that they think anything of themselves. They’re not higher than thou. They’re not comparing themselves to anybody else. But the major thing is they’re also not listening to anybody else. So if you’re listening to somebody else to tell you what you know, then you’re off your path.
Learn to practice dāna. Give from Soul, not from Ego.

You may think you’re on your path, but when you are of the path of spirit, all of the guidance comes from within. None of it comes from without. There is no person to tell you anything anymore.
That doesn’t mean you can’t get information from people. I get plenty of information and exchange with others. But the difference is there is no push. “I’m going to ram this down your throat. I’m going to show you. I’m going to teach you what this is supposed to be like. I’m going to test you to see how much you know.”
This is lower self egoic energy. This is not energy of the higher self. This is not the frequency of the higher self. That’s not how it works.
There are those of us who can see through the bullshit and through this manipulation. That doesn’t mean that we think we’re better than you, but it also means that we’re not going to engage with you because we’re not looking for your answers, and we’re not looking for your approval either. I’m not comparing myself to anybody.
So lock this in because what I’m about to say, make sure that you’re actually listening to what I’m saying and not processing it with your filter.
Your path is your path. As long as you are following any ism, any person, any doctrine, any idea, any system of beliefs that is not originating from within yourself, you are not on your path. You may think you are on your path, but you are not on your path.
Why do Christ and Buddha sound the same in so many ways? Why does Rumi sound the same in so many ways? Why does Lao Tzu? And there are many, many others. The reason is because they found their way.
What did Krishnamurti say?
“Truth is a pathless land.”
That means you’re not going to find it in Stoicism. You’re not going to find it in Daoism. You’re not going to find it in Buddhism. You’re not going to find it in any ism. You have to ditch and drop all isms. There is no outside path.
They share truths, but they’ve also all been distorted. When you arrive at this truth from within yourself, you can see the truth in these paths, in these other disciplines. But that’s because whoever created or originated these paths, which were then codified by other people, you have to understand this. Like Christianity. Like Buddhism.
Buddha did not teach Buddhism. Christ did not teach Christianity. They had their own paths. They came to it on their own. That doesn’t mean that they weren’t indoctrinated in some mystery school as part of their experience to learn that this is not the way. Eventually they left.
Whether or not you believe that Christ was in the Essenes and Buddha was in the Babylonian mystery schools, the timing all lines up. That’s not relevant. What’s relevant is it originated from within them.
They were influenced by their time, by their culture, by their language, as we are influenced by our culture, our period, our epoch, our country, all of it.
So your path arises when you start generating everything from within.
And if something comes from without, if somebody pops up on your wall and they want to show you — and I’m not directing this at anybody on this video right now. This is not being directed to any of you. Like I said before, this originated because I had an exchange with someone just moments ago, and this has been happening over again for several months.
I’ve processed. As soon as I kind of understand what’s happening and I’ve integrated within myself, I’m inspired to share the insights. What you do with it, I don’t care. That’s up to you.
I have no stake in your game. I am not trying to influence you. I am not trying to manipulate you. And I am not trying to convince you of anything.
If you are connected to Spirit, you will see the truth in this. If you do not see the truth in it, that’s fine too. You don’t have to. You can continue seeing things as you want them to see with your filter.
But the reason that Buddha and Christ spoke the same language, the reason you can read the Dhammapada and, let’s say, the Gospel of Thomas from the Nag Hammadi case, is because the voice, the essence, the Spirit is one. It is the same. And we recognize each other.
When I meet someone that is in Spirit, I see you. I feel you and I hear you. I can sense you. It doesn’t matter what you say. It doesn’t matter how many words you use or what fancy combination or iterations of phrases you string together and dump out into the world. None of that matters to me.
Your frequency matters. I read you. I read you like a book. And there are people who do the same thing.
And this is not arrogance. We’re talking about Spirit.
Go listen to Jonathan Adampants. If you do not believe, if you do not know, go listen to Jonathan Adampants. The message is the same. The voice is different. The character is different. The avatar is different. But the essence of the message is the same message.
It’s not coming from my ego. I am not trying to convince you or sell you or force you on anything.
People who are in false empowerment… when you encounter people that want to prove to you or show to you, that’s because they’re still disempowered. They are operating from their lower self, thinking that they’re in higher self. That doesn’t mean that they haven’t clicked into higher self in moments. Absolutely. Because we connect and we disconnect. That’s the frequency, the nature of the latency of the connection.
And why does that work? Because if you’re always connected to Spirit, if there’s never kind of like this connection, then you always have a scaffold. So it needs to be broken for you to kind of grow your spiritual muscle, for you to get stronger. It’s training. It’s spiritual training for you to learn to shed the ego layer by layer.
You’re shedding. You’re literally taking, like a piece of a potato on a dicer and you’re grating the potato and getting rid of all of the essence of lower self. That’s the point of it. That’s why you connect and disconnect. And it’s not like it’s a choice by you, but it happens through daily experience and thoughts.
People will come into your life as soon as you step into your power. What are we really talking about? We’re talking about sovereignty. We’re talking about your empowered state, your higher self. We’re talking about your spiritual essence, your true essence, your higher self.
When you step into empowerment, when you step into sovereignty, the matrix does not like that. And so it will use people, you can call them Agent Smiths, it will interact with you through people that still have a relatively high latency connection or high-capacity connection with anti-spirit. And they’re still not aware.
They’re still influenced by the archons and they’re still not aware. I’m not saying I’m not influenced by archons. I see them trying to mess with me all the time in my energy field, interacting with me through other people, through my own constitution. It doesn’t matter. I see it.
And I’m not saying it doesn’t influence me. What I’m saying is I’m aware that it’s happening. And that awareness is enough to break the pattern because now you’ve introduced something different. You’ve introduced a different variable into the state of observation.
Now you’ve become aware of this mechanism and it loses its control over you because now you can make a choice. Do I engage or do I disengage?
As soon as you meet someone who wants to enter into a tit-for-tat and quarrel and prove to you how much they know and prove to you how much you don’t know because they’re all superior, remember something. I’m not telling you how much I know in this video. I am not telling you how much you don’t know in this video. I am doing no such thing.
I am sharing insights. These insights you can grab and reflect upon. Or you can do no such thing with these insights. I’m not requiring you to do anything, nor do I have any stake in this game.
The message goes out. People do with it what they want, what they can. It depends on your state, where you’re at.
But to think that you will find your answers in some discipline or in some dogma. Whether it be Stoicism, people love it. Right now the internet is full of Stoics. Substack is full of Stoics. And you’ve got these Nordic, Anglo-Saxon Stoics.
Because there’s this whole movement against the whites right now. The whites are losing and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And the whites need to take over. This is more Hegelian dialectic. You’re getting sucked back into the material trap.
You’re focused on the material, trying to find material solutions. You’re not going to change what they’re doing and the game that they’re playing. The only way to change that is by changing your state of conscious awareness.
When you stop engaging with the game, they can’t play the same game with you. And so when enough people do that, things will start to change. But chopping everybody’s heads off is not the answer. It’s not going to bring about any kind of solution that will result in any long-term Pax Romana or anything like that.
So why do I say that every path is external? Because until you’ve come up with your own inner knowing, and I’m not talking about understanding, I’m talking about knowing. When you know, like when you know that’s within you, until you come to that within yourself, you’re basically taking things from books and ideas and people and you’re putting it on.
You’re trying to try this on. So you go and you grab this thing and you put it on and you say, “Yep, here we go. That’s me. That’s me.”
And this is external because until you cultivate that, until you grow that from within yourself, and then you see that jacket hanging on that shelf, you recognize it in another person. Then you see, wait a minute, I’ve already come to this on my own. I’ve already come to this on my own. I’ve learned this. I’ve seen this. I’ve experienced it. I’ve realized the insight from within myself.
And now you recognize it in the outside world everywhere. That’s different. That’s not the same as Stoicism is the answer or Daoism is the answer or a part of Buddhism is the answer.
No ism is the answer.
They all contain truths, but the only truth, the only way, there is only one way. That way is within.
People say all paths lead home. All paths lead home if they are internal. And only if they are internal. If you take an outside path, that will not lead you home.
And this is the point that I want to make. That’s the most important part of this because you’re still looking for your power outside of yourself. You’re still on the scaffold. You’re still being supported by some ideology.
Whether or not you see that, that’s what needs to be understood and observed in yourself. Are you looking? Is there something else? Do you not need any ism?
I do not need any ism. It doesn’t matter what any Stoic philosopher said. When I read what they write, a lot of the stuff resonates. A lot of it resonates, but I don’t give my power away to it.
And I’m not saying that you can’t learn from it. For me, my focus was not on Stoicism. I read a lot in the Dao De Jing, the original Stephen Mitchell version, and the Dhammapada, which is the words of the Buddha, the original Thomas Byrom translation.
I would listen to those in audiobooks and read them over thousands of times, and eventually seeds were planted. But I never found my way until I actually started to do the work from within because I’m still taking someone else’s path.
And guess what? It’s all commandeered. It’s all convoluted. It’s all co-opted.
You can only arrive at the truth from within yourself through direct knowing, by connecting to Spirit. You have to connect to Spirit.
None of this outside focus blaming any group is going to solve it. I know people think that there’s a solution in that. I really know that they believe that. And that, in and of itself, tells you that you are not actually operating from a state of empowerment.
You’re operating from a state of, “My ego needs to assert its dominance and make things right.”
And that’s just another trap.
So what needs to happen is your consciousness needs to see the traps so that you can observe them within yourself. And eventually changes will happen if you so choose to. It’s not an easy way. This is not an easy way. That’s why it’s called the narrow way.
Buddha called it the middle way. I don’t know what the Stoics call it. I’m sure they have their own phrase for it. Gurdjieff called it the fourth way. Christ called it the narrow path because it’s internal.
Here’s a perfect example. Gurdjieff came up with the fourth way. He codified it, but he came up with it from within himself. He studied a lot. He practiced a lot. But then he codified it into another discipline, and so now there’s a new discipline.
What you need to do, I’m not telling you to codify it into a discipline. But what I’m saying is you need to figure it out for yourself. You need to get to that place where you’re generating every insight from within. It’s not coming from without.
That doesn’t mean that somebody can’t inspire you. That doesn’t mean that you don’t get ideas from people and somebody doesn’t say something and all of a sudden it clicks because it was kind of like a missing piece for you in that moment. I’m not saying any of that.
What I’m saying is your power rests within yourself. And as soon as you encounter someone that seeks to push you off of your path, that seeks to question what you know and nudge you ever so gently or forcefully off of your own knowing, that is the test.
Are you going to say stop like Neo did? Because you have certainty. Because you have spirit. Certainty of spirit, not ego.
I’m not talking to you from ego. I’m talking to you from higher self. And higher self, like everything here, has layers and it’s spiral. You connect with it on a layer-by-layer basis. You don’t just plug in and all of a sudden you have a high-capacity connection to higher self. It does not work that way. This is new age mumbo jumbo.
So I will leave you with that.
Spiritual Practice
You can’t separate spiritual practice from physical life. There is no such thing as transcending duality. It’s a myth. A phantom.
Whoever believes you can transcend the physical world doesn’t understand what spiritual practice is. Spiritual practice is learning how to be in the world but not of it.
It means cultivating your Soul.

The reason I like to do these videos while I’m doing something is because when I’m focused on shaving or cooking or whatever else, my egoic mind is quiet. I am not an ego in this moment. And that is why I like to do it in this format.
People will think blah blah blah, whatever they want to think. It doesn’t matter what you think. I don’t care. It’s not important to me. What matters is what you know about yourself and about spirit.
This is a spiritual war here. Make no mistake about it. And a lot of people know that. But they’re still stuck in spiritual ego.
So you don’t have to stay stuck. You can be angry. Anger can flare. Spiritual anger rises and then it dissipates. You don’t have to be angry all the time.
You can express anger in a moment because there is a universal injustice that you see. We’re operating from spiritual natural law as the real human being, as the real man or woman. And so you can see something and it’ll make you angry.
But you don’t dwell. You don’t abide in that state of anger. If you abide in that state, that pulls you back down. You’re now back in ego and you’re convinced that you’re right. And it doesn’t work that way.
The best example I can use is Christ taking out the whip on the money changers in the temple and flipping the tables. That’s the best example that I can use from another story.
When you are of spirit, when you are speaking from spirit, you become the vessel. You’ve surrendered your ego and you become the vessel.
You’re no longer in victim consciousness. You’re not on the spectrum of narcissism. You’re not in the victim state on the left and you’re not in domination on the right.
A lot of people in the spiritual awakening community feel the need to dominate others. They feel the need to push energetically and to know. It’s like this: “I’m going to push this on you.”
And those of us who are in spirit, we feel that. We know that it doesn’t work on us. So what will we do? We won’t engage with you. We’ll say a couple of things, and then if you show us that you do not have the capacity to actually engage in a mature dialogue without trying to police or, my favorite, “I’m going to educate you,” then there’s nowhere to go with that.
I am not educating you here, people. I am sharing insights. What you do with it is your own. I’m not trying to educate you. I’m not here to educate anybody. I’m not here to save anybody. And I’m not here to prove anything to you. Nada. Nothing.
So the people that have this, “I’m going to police you. I’m going to educate you.” There’s nothing you can do with these people. They’re blind. Their mind doesn’t see.
You can show them every which way come Sunday and they still won’t see. So the ego is sneaky like that. The lower self will find a way in to manipulate you back.
The archons will work through every format possible. Through your siblings. Through acquaintances. Through people at work. Through your own constitution. Through your own thoughts.
And it will get you to perseverate on ideas and thoughts to keep you in a state of limitation, in a state of fear. It will keep you there. The ideas will keep coming and you will start worrying about the future. You’ll create negative possibilities.
At the same time, you’ll have a bad memory of the past. Those are two forms of fear: having a bad memory of the past and having a bad idea of the future.
That keeps you in a bound state. That keeps you in a state of limitation.
But you can choose not to engage with these beliefs. Once you step into empowerment, you start choosing, day by day and moment by moment, not to fuel these thoughts.
That doesn’t mean that they don’t come. They don’t disappear. They will never disappear here.
That’s why Buddha and Christ said what they said. Buddha said to Mara, “I am here. I am of the earth.” And Christ said to Satan, “Get back.”
Mara is the tempter in Pali. It is the thoughts of deception. And Satan, Satanail in Hebrew, is the adversary.
We are talking about the adversarial lower self, which is the same anti-spirit consciousness. That’s the only game being played here.
It’s not any country. It’s not any group of people. Those are Hegelian dialectics by the elite special forces. It’s a distraction. It literally keeps you on a certain layer of the plateau.
You think you’ve made it, but you actually haven’t until you break through that.
The only choice is the choice: Do I choose spirit or do I choose anti-spirit?
That’s the only choice here.
And if you really choose spirit, then you’re guided by spirit. You’re no longer guided by your ego. That doesn’t mean you don’t fall back into it. But when you see it, you say, “Stop. I see this old pattern,” and you change it.
That’s all I have to say and share.

Remember that narcissism is a spectrum. The majority of people you will meet are going to be on the narcissistic spectrum. When I encounter someone that’s not, I can tell by their energy.
So what am I talking about?
I’m talking about spirit again.
If you are not of spirit, you are on the narcissistic spectrum. Your energy has a frequency. If you are of spirit, your energy has a different vibration. There’s a lightness to it. It’s not so dense.
This is what I’ve been talking about this whole time.
So on the one end, remember, on the left you have victim consciousness. You’re a victim because there are victim narcissists and it’s a spectrum. There’s fifteen different narcissistic types, and there are actually more because they’re combinations of all of them. But this is just our way of trying to codify it. I’m not talking about the DSM.
And on the right, you have domination. The need to control others because you’re so disempowered and numb to your own emotional state.
There are aspects of your shadow that you have not integrated. And so you need to numb yourself and control others so that you feel empowered.
This is a state of false empowerment. This is not real empowerment.
And I’m not even going to get into, in this video right now, the false state of the false light and people in the false light and the New Age community, the New Cage movement, who believe they’re empowered because their state of empowerment feels transcendent. That is another trap.
I’ve talked about that before. I’m going to leave that.
So we’ll end here.
