Until You Face Your Fear You'll Never Feel All Your Emotions

You will circle the drain calling it life and barely existing.

Fear runs far more of your life than you realize.

Real eyes, realize, real lies.

I’m not talking about the obvious fears. I’m talking about fear disguised as distraction, control, addiction, overthinking, people-pleasing, spiritual performance, and constant stimulation.

You are endlessly obsessing over the outside world, so you never have to confront the inside one.

You think you’re awake because you can spot manipulation, corruption, propaganda, or psyops. But if you still can’t sit quietly with your own grief, shame, loneliness, anger, emptiness, or trauma without numbing, projecting, distracting, or running away from it, then you’re still unconscious where it matters most.

Real maturity begins the moment you stop pointing outward and start looking directly at the parts of yourself you’ve spent your whole life avoiding.

You owe it to yourself and to those you love to integrate your shit.

Learn to practice dāna. Give from Soul, not from Ego.

If you appreciated reading this, I invite you to support my work with a coffee or a book.

It helps you, and it helps me. How does it help you? You’re banking your karma by doing something good — that’s dāna. The Universe speaks the Divine language of gratitude. And it’s listening to your actions in this very moment.

Plant the seed and it will grow.

Make sure you have a daily gratitude practice!

You don’t become free by bypassing fear. You become free by meeting it. Look at your shit. You have to start looking at your trauma.

By feeling what your nervous system buried years ago because it was too painful to process at the time. You are carrying unresolved emotional cargo you’ve never unpacked, and then wondering why your relationships feel heavy, why your bodies hurt, why your addictions keep repeating, or why your children and partners absorb the emotional energy you refuse to face.

Emotions are energy in motion. It’s e-motion. Electric motion.

If you don’t consciously feel your emotions, they don’t disappear. They leak. They transfer. They shape your entire reality from underneath your awareness.

If your goal is peace, that’s the wrong goal. Peace isn’t the goal. Freedom isn’t the goal. Those are byproducts that emerge when you finally stop running from your inner world and begin cleaning your house from the inside out.

Start a daily meditation practice — 10 minutes every day.

About Me

I’m a former Wall Street investment banker but I was drained by the succubi. So, I walked away because that’s what my Soul required. Through lived experience, I learned that real healing isn’t just about presence or alignment — it’s about radical coherence which leads you to Know Thyself.

Coherence is the universal language.

I write about the emerging global machinic order and the integration of mind, body, spirit, psyche, Soul, and Being.

Dāna

If this work has inspired or supported you, you’re invited to give in the spirit of Dāna.

Dāna is the ancient Pali practice of giving freely from the heart — without obligation or transaction. This work is offered openly. If it helps you, your support helps sustain it.

Give whatever amount feels right in your heart. Your offering is received with gratitude. 🙏🖤

Donate on Stripe

As my offering of Dāna to you, I’ve shared four books rooted in the original teachings of Buddha, Christ, Rumi, and Lao Tzu — texts that helped break the spell for me and may serve you on your path as well.

Download the Tao Te Ching

Download the Dhammapada

Download the Gospel of Thomas

Download the Essential Rumi

These are my offerings to you. 🙏🖤✨

Thank you for supporting the collective expansion of human conscious awareness.
