When you’re 40+ and you realize a few things.
I know a thing or two about a thing or two.
When you heal so much, your heels need lotion.
Because it’s the only language everyone speaks.
Because they’re all busy being programmed by AI.
They’ll swear they get everything they want, always.
And you need to learn how to write better prompts… by being One with the machine. Because we are All One.
But the Machine is quite literally retarded.
And what it promises you, is never what you get.
At least a part of you knows it’s spot on, bang on, and dead on.
Learn to practice dāna. Give from Soul, not from Ego.

But the new promise fills you with Hope.
So you go back to running in circles with the LLM.
But the Truth is just too painful and you brush it aside once more until you’re ready.
Spiritual Practice
You can’t separate spiritual practice from physical life. There is no such thing as transcending duality. It’s a myth. A phantom.
Whoever believes you can transcend the physical world doesn’t understand what spiritual practice is. Spiritual practice is learning how to be in the world but not of it.
It means cultivating your Soul.
